2 Events: LPD Listening Session and Sun Debate

We’re going to try to make two events. Anybody who reads our blog in Lowell should go, too:

  1. City Manager listening session on qualities that should be possessed by next superintendent of Lowell Police Department at the Lowell Senior Center, 276 Broadway Street, on Thursday, October 24 at 6:00 p.m. Everyone is invited.
  2. Lowell Sun city council candidate debate will take place on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at the Lowell High School Little Theater. The first debate will begin at 6 p.m., the second at 7:10 p.m. and the third at 8:20 p.m. Doors will open at 5:15 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

If you notice, the first debate and the listening session unfortunately conflict. Although I haven’t seen it posted anywhere, I’m assuming the debate will be taped and available afterward, so we’ll go to the listening session and then make the next debate. Stay tuned for our report!

(Thanks to richardhowe.com for typing blurbs for these so I didn’t have to!)
